The internship is demanding experience that requires excellent communication skills, creativity, and drive. TOMS offers a variety of positions in multiple disciplines, including retail marketing, alternative sales, and copy-editing, to name a few. Every position gives the intern the ability to learn and grow with TOMS as they obtain valuable, real-world work experience.
This program is offered to those passionate TOMS advocates who want to get the full experience of being part of the company by moving into our intern housing and volunteering full-time at the TOMS Shoes Headquarters.

Compensation: This is an unpaid internship. TOMS provides housing for the duration of the program. A bi-weekly stipend of $100 is provided in addition to a gas allowance should you carpool with fellow interns to work. Additional opportunities to supplement your income will be presented upon the commencement of the program.
Housing: TOMS Shoes will provide dorm-style housing for all Interns. Rooms will be gender separated and will be supervised by the Internship Coordinator.
School Credit: As each College/University assesses internship credit differently, the Intern Coordinator will work with you on an individual basis to ensure that you receive appropriate credit according to the guidelines set forth by your institution.
Tasks: Participants in this program will be organizing, managing and executing projects in our Marketing/Events, Special Projects, Copy Writing, Graphic Design, Web/IT, and Film departments, as well as our Non-Profit Friends of TOMS. We have some very exciting and important initiatives coming up, and our interns will be given a large amount of responsibility to make them happen. You will be making a big difference within the company as well as gain valuable practical work experience.
